By employing practiced and proven methods, Merbridge’s Technical Services Organization (TSO) services are accomplished correctly the first time, saving you time, money, and worry. Whether for a one-time solution implementation or a long-term maintenance contract, the goal always remains to help you realize the best value for your investment.
Merbridge’s TSO service agreements are available in a variety of plans designed to accommodate the different levels needed by each customer. With your chosen service, you will be able to call Merbridge’s Help Desk to report incidents within the terms of the agreement. In addition, monitoring services are often included in Merbridge TSO service agreements so that Merbridge can respond proactively to alarms coming from customer systems (monitoring licenses are part of select TSO service agreement entitlements). Merbridge will resolve the majority of incidents quickly and efficiently by remote access. Where issues cannot be resolved, Merbridge’s TSO will dispatch a technician to site in one of our company vehicles.
